Architect Project Manager FR/NL
Brussels
As an architect project manager, you will be in charge of projects from preliminary design to completion, with the support and guidance of our project directors, partners and design team.
Responsible to meet deadlines and to deliver the project objectives agreed to with the client, you lead the in-house production process, coordinate with all project stakeholders (engineers, contractors, client, authorities etc.), conduct project meetings, manage the budget, supervise the project's construction, and verify compliance with the regulations and technical specifications.
Your project team evolves according to the project size, stage and complexity. You manage the workload with a hands-on approach, ensuring your own share of the production as relevant.
Your profile
- architect or architectural engineer
- fluent in Dutch and French
- 8+ years of professional practice as an architect
- 5+ years of construction supervision experience
- proficient user of Autocad or Archicad, and the Office suite
- good knowledge of construction and planning regulations in Brussels and Flanders
- organised, autonomous, self-driven, focused, accurate, thorough
- creative problem-solver able to rely on a strong technical background
- great at gathering, managing and dispatching information
- forward-thinking, ability to anticipate
- committed to deliver project objectives
- effective communicator, able to lead internal and external project teams
- happy to share your knowledge, skills and experience with others

Architectural Technician
Brussels
Lyon
Under the supervision and coordination of our project directors or project managers, you are in charge of producing project deliverables such as plans, details, administrative forms, bills of quantities, technical specifications, etc. You are involved across different stages on a variety of projects.
You are responsible for the quality and technical coherence of the deliverables you produce, as well as for their compliance with applicable norms and regulations. As such, you play a key role in the quality and consistency of our production, as well as in the overall performance of the project teams you collaborate with.
Your profile
- architect, architectural technician or architectural draughtsman
- 5+ years experience in an architecture practice
- proficient user of Archicad and the Office suite
- good knowledge of applicable architectural regulations
- widespread technical knowledge
- conscientious, detail-oriented, thorough
- efficient, able to prioritise workload according to deadlines
- happy to share your skills and experience with others
- inspired to constantly learn and improve
