- data referring to the geolocation of the site

- upon contacting us directly via phone, email, mail, sms, we use your personal data to ensure that your requests are treated, that the required information is provided (within the legitimate interest of the processing manager)

- when our mission refers to project management (contract execution)

In this respect, UNAA guarantees that it will only process personal data for the benefit of the client insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the services under the main agreement/contract management, Additionally, your data will be shared exclusively with agents and subcontractors necessary for the execution of the entrusted mission and solely in within the framework of these purposes (execution of the contract or the pre-contract you are part of).

- we send you requests for services similar to the ones previously aquired  and strictly in the legitimate interest of the controller.

- when you contact us as supplier, or as part of calls for tenders to which we apply, we process data of concerned  subjects according to the commercial relationship - execution of a contract/pre-contract you are party.

What type of data we collect when you interact with our website?

Your Data may be communicated to other companies belonging to the UNAA Group for the aforementioned purposes.

As part of the performance of our services, we may be required to subcontract, in whole or in part, some of our assignments to technical subcontractors who are bound to us by contract, in particular for study purposes. specialists, construction companies, lawyers etc.

We do not sell or in any way disclose the Data we collect about you to third parties.

1. Right of access

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller free information about his or her personal data stored at any time and a copy of this information. If a data subject wishes to obtain such information, he or she may, at any time, send an email to info@unaa.eu or send a demand letter accordingly to UNAA headquarter office: Chaussée de Waterloo 715, 38, 1180 Uccle.
 

2. Right to rectification

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

3. Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten)

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay. 

4. Right of restriction of processing

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller restriction of processing of personal data. The subject data may, at any time, proceed independently by requesting not to receive emails from UNAA, or by specifically requesting the restriction of processing via an email sent to info@unaa.eu or a letter addressed to Chaussée de Waterloo 715, 38, 1180 Uccle.

5. Right to portability

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator, to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which was provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. He or she shall have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.

6. Right to limit processing of personal data

Each data subject shall have the right to request UNAA to limit the processing of his/her personal data, according to the current legislation referring to Data Protection aspects.

Information regarding  the protection of children's personal data

Generally, we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Should we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from children under the age of 13, we will follow the procedure to delete the information as soon as possible, unless we are required by applicable law to keep it. Should a child over 13 be involved, but he/she considered a minor under applicable law, we will obtain parental/guardian permission before using that child's personal information.

The liability of UNAA will be limited to direct damage, excluding here any indirect damage. Any complaint should be addressed to the main contact point of UNAA head office. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Effective date
